GOALS 2002

I. SENIOR SQUADRON GOALS YEAR 2002
A. Eight qualified SAR aircrews/fly at least 1 SAR + 1 SAREX/yr

B. Four qualified CD aircrews/fly at least 2 CD missions/yr

C. Pilots log 6 hours flight time per month minimum EACH/total of 300 flight hrs/yr

D. All officers Emergency Services qualified (general E.S. card rated)

E. E.S., Tech. Specialty, and/or ground team training two evenings per month

F. All officers achieve Technician Rating for their specialty

G. Schedule "Orientation Flights" for cadets every month

H. Develop active sponsor/grant programs

I. Host Group SAREX & Group E.S. training events

II. INDIVIDUAL OFFICER GOALS YEAR 2002

A. Complete all Level I requirements (new/recent members) and pursue pilot/aircrew qualifications (forms 5, 91, and "o" ride pilot)

B. Complete Level II requirements for promotion to 1st Lt. 
* Squadron Leadership School (SLS)
* Technician rating/specialty track
* Squadron staff duty assignment

C. Attend California Wing (CAWG) Annual Conference at Santa Maria 2002

D. Complete E.S. 1 & 2 training/obtain general Emergency Services card.

III. SENIOR OFFICER GOALS - 1 lt/cAPT. (MEMBERS OVER 2 YEARS)

A. Complete ECI 13 course and earn certificate of Proficiency Award

B. Attend Corporate Learning Course (CLC)

C. Attend National Congress for Aviation & Space (NCASE)

D. Achieve "Senior" rating for specialty track

E. Participate in "Grants" program
