About the California Wing Chaplain Service...

The men and women who make the California Wing Chaplain  Service are dedicated volunteers who serve the nearly 4,000 members of the CAWG. They devote their time and energy as they provide, upon request:

  • moral and ethical instruction to cadets and seniors;
  • worship, liturgies, rites, and religious observances;
  • counseling and spiritual nurture;
  • aid and comfort during emergency services.

The CAWG Chaplain Service (Chaplains and Moral Leadership Officers) support the 3-fold mission of Civil Air Patrol.

  1. Emergency Services
  2. Aerospace Education
  3. Cadet Programs
