Goals and Objectives for the PCR Chaplain Corps for 2004.
1. Mentoring Program
To stimulate the "Mentoring" program among all Chaplains and Moral Leadership Officers in Pacific Region. Each "one mentor one " a new
applicant will be our motto!.
2. Professional Development.
Encourage all Chaplains and Moral Leadership Officer to advance to one new level of training this year.
(Certificate of Proficiency, Grover Loerning, Paul E.Garber and Gill Robb Wilson Awards)
Develop the "Mission Chaplains" course at the Pacific Region Chaplain Staff College.
3. Specialty Badges.
Promote all Chaplains and Moral Leadership Officer to attain one new specialty badge this year ( i.e. Emergency Services, Communication,
Cadet Programs etc)
4.Recruitment and Retention
Assist all Unit Commanders in recruitment and retention of all in the Chaplain Services.
5. Communications
Develop other Wing Chaplains web sites in Alaska Wing, Oregon Wing and Nevada Wing. Plus elaborate our e-mail listing of others that are in the
Pacific Region Chaplains Service.
