Moral Leadership Officers (MLO's) are religiously trained and approved CAP members who provide Moral Leadership classes for CAP members.. 

They do not use the title "Chaplain" nor wear Chaplain insignia. They have their own design.

 Like Chaplains, if they assist in worship leadership they may wear apparel consistent with their faith group tradition.
