A yearly schedule Chaplain Staff College is planned for all Chaplains and MLO's.
The curriculum must be approved by the Deputy Chief of Chaplain, CAP. Example of subject taught are; Legal issues, National Activities,
Counter drug missions, Dealing with trauma, public affairs, Uniforms, Customs, Time management, Pastoral Counseling, Current moral issues, Executive writing/speaking and Human relations and discrimination just to mention a few.
