Michael McKinney, Ph.D., Th.D. has
been in full-time ministry as a pastor, evangelist and equipper
for 46 years. Dr. McKinney is also a Chaplain (LTC) with the US Air
Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol and a Commandant of the USV-JSC
Chaplains University (CDR) with the United
States Volunteers Joint Services Command. He holds the following academic
degrees: Bachelor of Theology from International Seminary of
Florida; Master of Theology and the Doctor of
Theology degree from International
Theological Seminary of California; Doctor of Divinity
Degree from the International Bible Institute and Seminary of
Plymouth, Florida. In 2000, he earned the Doctor of Philosophy
degree in Theology from International Theological Seminary of
California.
He is the founder of the World
for Jesus International Christian Center and Ministries; the Pastor's
Network of Southern California
and has served in the advisory capacity to several non-profit
organizations. In 1999 he receive the honor of being added to
the Who's Who's in Religion. In 2008, he
received the President's Award for Volunteerism.
Dr. McKinney has preached around the world in the nations of
the Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea, Guatemala, Mexico, Malaysia,
India, England, Ghana and Canada. Through the School of Ministries
thousands of pastors have been trained in Evangelism, the Operation
of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit; and the Preaching the Word with
signs following.
Dr. Eric Giorgio, Senior Vice President and
Provost
Dr Giorgio received his Masters in English at Azusa Pacific University. He is recently retired
as Assistant Principal at Ayala High School in
Southern California. Dr. Giorgio is an
author and specializes in teachers
training. He reviews all new curriculum and is Director

Nicholas Benson, Vice President Academic Affairs

Dr. Nicholas Benson is
Senior Pastor of the Summit Evangelical Free
Church of Pasadena. He is also the
President of the Ministerial Association of
Pasadena and Altadena since 2009. Dr. Benson
received his Masters at Fuller Theological
Seminary and a Ph.D. in Sociology at the
University of Southern CA. Dr. Benson has been serving
Promise Christian University since 2007 as Academic Dean. He
also teaches a unique new class called, "Rethinking the
Church."
Dr. Adelle McKinney, Vice President
of Marketing and Registrar

Adelle serves as registrar and administrator for Promise Christian
University. Adelle attended the University of Southern California
and was recipient of the Honors at Entrance designation. She
later completed her Bachelor of Theology degree
and Master degree with a major in Christian Education
from International Theological Seminary of California.
She received a Th.D. in Theology from Promise
Christian University. She
prepares all documents, transcripts and resumes for evaluation
and assist students in selecting their course of studies, acquiring
necessary textbooks and preparing of thesis.

Heather Blue, Chair Counseling

Heather Blue is author of two series of Christian
Counseling. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology at UCLA and
her degree in Christian Counseling at Promise Christian
University. Heather has developed a certificate
program
in Christian Counseling for "Personality
Development." She is also the coordinator of the High
Desert Apply Valley Satellite Extension for PCU.
Dr. James Kantiok,
Chair Missions
Dr. Kantiok is a graduate of Fuller Theological
Seminary with a DMin in Intercultural
Studies. He is also President of Bege
Ministries a non-profit organization with an
expanded missions work in the nation of
Nigeria. He comes to Promise with
experience in International Diplomacy and
missions and is developing a new strategic
program of studies for students who are
interested in intercultural studies. He recently
received a Fullbright Scholarship and is doing research in
Nigeria for one year.
