It is simple to obtain some voter registration forms from your county supervisor of elections, hand them out in the pews, ask the unregistered members to fill them out, collect them in the offering plate, tally them, and return them to the supervisor of elections. Or set up a table in your church, point your people to it, ask them to fill out the forms, tally them, and take them to the supervisor of elections. This is not rocket science, but it does take some effort and it will make a difference. Founder Samuel Adams said: "Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote... that he is executing one of the most solemn trusts in human society for which he is accountable to God and his country."
