After thorough investigation, an affordable legal service is available and CEAI has entered into an agreement with PREPAID LEGAL SERVICES to bring to our members at a reduced price. (This plan covers the member, spouse and children living at home).

| TITLE I - Preventive Legal Services *Unlimited toll-free telephone consultations with an attorney for personal and business questions *Personal letters and phone calls on your behalf *Personal contract and document review *Will preparation and annual updates. |
| TITLE II - Motor Vehicle Legal Services *Moving traffic violation representation *Defense of criminal charges from operating a moving vehicle *Suspended license assistance *Personal injury/property damage collection of $2000 or less. |
| TITLE III - TRIAL DEFENSE *60 hours (Basic plan) or 75 hours (Expanded Plan) of attorney assistance in the first membership year when you or your spouse are named defendant or respondent in a covered civil or criminal action filed in court (including criminal abuse or sexual misconduct charges). The criminal action must arise out of the performance of the covered person's employment responsibilities. *Hours increases each year from 60 (Basic)/75 (Expanded) to 300(Basic)/335(Expanded) the fifth and following years. |
| TITLE IV - IRS AUDIT LEGAL SERVICES *Scheduled benefits include up to 50 hours professional services from your provider attorney to help defray the cost of an audit representative. Coverage includes tax returns filed April 15th of your first membership year. |
| TITLE V - OTHER LEGAL WORK Other legal services not specifically covered by the membership are available at a 25% discount from the provider attorney's standard or corporate hourly rate for representation. |
| TEACHERS/SCHOOL EMPLOYEE LEGAL SERVICE PLAN also covers Administrative Hearing Services. Up to 8 hours of preparation for hearing or actual hearing time at no additional cost for pre-termination hearing each membership year. |
